We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Silk Beauty Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of item. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Proccessing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 2-5 business days.
